Acid- and impact-resistant composite shell for better system protection than a metal wrap

Rugged, high-grade 316 solid-steel cavity

Heavy-duty, spring-mounted pressure relieving door with safety interlocks

Software safeguards

Built-in high-powered exhaust

Industry-leading cavity and vessel monitoring options for optimum safety and control

Patented isolator mechanism absorbs reflected microwave energy prior to reaching the magnetrons, allowing them to run at 100% power

Proprietary isolation transformer filters variations of incoming line current to protect electrical components

Wide Variety of Vessel Options
CEM offers a large selection of pressurized vessels for the MARS 6 in a variety of sizes and materials including Teflon, PFA, glass, and quartz with completely sealed or vent and reseal covers. CEM offers the highest temperature or pressure vessels for a broad range of organic and inorganic samples to ensure complete digestions. The system can also be fitted with a port for use with an open flask and condenser.
